Ingredients

1 qt. cooked, cubed or sliced beets
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Drain
juice
from beets and heat.
Add sugar and vinegar. Put cornstarch in a small amount of water and add to the beet mixture.
Add butter and beets.
