Beef Stroganoff For 60 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 sticks butter
    15 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. catsup
    10 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    10 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    5 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Blend in remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Heat until bubbling. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
