Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    1 c. nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured tube pan.
