Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. yellow squash, sliced and steamed
    2 Egg Beaters or egg substitute
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. butter flavoring (optional)
    1/4 tsp. diet sweetener (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients with whisk.
    Crush Wasa crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
