Carrot Soup(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken stock
    2 c. diced boiling potatoes
    1 1/4 c. sliced carrots
    1 leek, sliced (white parts only)
    1 c. cream
    dash of white pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients except cream until vegetables are done. Add cream just before serving; heat.
