Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nut meats
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
4 c. chopped raw apples

Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Add apples and nuts last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Mix juice of 1 orange and 1 cup sugar. Spread on cake while hot.
