Egg And Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pieces dried mushrooms
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ajinomoto
    1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and soak in a cup of hot water; set aside.
    Beat eggs, set aside.
    Boil chicken stock, add mushrooms with the water in which they were soaked.
    Boiled 5 minutes.
    Season with soy sauce, salt and Ajinomoto.
    Stir in the cooking oil and beaten eggs.
    Serve hot.
