Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Fry chicken coated with flour. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Cook until golden brown.
    Mix rice, onions, peppers and soup.
    Stir well.
    Put in large casserole.
    Stack chicken on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until all ingredients are cooked tender.
