Company Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package.
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
    Add ground beef to rice, then add soy sauce, mushrooms and soups.
    Mix well and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish; bake 1 hour.
    May top with buttered bread crumbs or 1/2 cup slivered almonds.
    Serves 6 to 8.
