Orange Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs

Preparation

Sift together into bowl the cake flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add shortening and orange juice. Beat 2 minutes and add eggs, beating after each one.
Bake in loaf pan 60 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
