Strawberry Dumplins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 quart of strawberries
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
    Bring 1st 2 sugars and water to boil, reduce heat - simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla and pour over berries in a casserole dish.
    Combine other ingredients as making biscuits, drop over berries.
    Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar. Bake @ 450 for 25 - 30 minutes.
