Dijon Chicken With Double Cheese Bake(Can Do The Day Before And Just Bake The Day Of The Brunch!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed 1-inch French bread
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken
    2 c. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    10 eggs
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan, place bread. Layer with chicken, mushrooms and cheeses. Meanwhile in large bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Pour over layered chicken mixture. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 325\u00b0. Uncover; bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set in center. Let stand 10 minutes.
