Corn Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine margarine, vegetables and curry powder in a skillet. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in sour cream and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring often; do not allow to boil.
    Yields 6 servings.
