Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked 10 minutes
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook sugar, cornstarch and milk in double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Stir until well blended; pour into pie crust.
    Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
