Chicken With Plums - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryer chickens, cut into quarters
    1/2 c. flour
    2 (16 oz.) cans plums, pitted and drained
    2 c. red wine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    8 whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Skin chicken. Coat with flour.
    Brown chicken in a skillet. Place in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over the chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
