Mocha Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. powdered instant coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar, whipping cream and cocoa.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Reduce heat.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in instant coffee and vanilla.
    Serve warm or cool. Cover.
    Refrigerate leftover sauce.
    Yields 2 cups sauce.
