German Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. cream of wheat
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft enough to mash.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll lightly into flour and cook in rapidly boiling water for 15 minutes.
