Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.
    Place in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Pour butter over and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
