Skillet Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 whole, boneless chicken breasts, skinned, halved and cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sliced 1/4-inch celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 lettuce leaves
1 c. cherry tomato halves
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling. Stir in chicken, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and fork-tender (10 to 15 minutes).
Stir in remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.
On platter or individual salad plates, place lettuce leaves.
Place chicken salad on lettuce. Arrange cherry tomatoes around salad.
