Make Ahead Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced King crab meat
2 c. cooked thin noodles
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 1/2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine crab with cooked noodles, olives, almonds, chopped eggs and sherry.
Fold in white sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Turn into buttered casserole and sprinkle mixture with cracker crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
