Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin, cooked and mashed
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour batter into 2 loaf pans or 3 (1 pound) coffee cans which have been well-greased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Slide bread out of pans or cans and cool.
