Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. sliced American cheese
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and green pepper; drain off fat.
    Add tomato sauce, catsup and pepper; heat.
    Alternate meat mixture and cheese slices in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange biscuits around edge of casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
