Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
4 oz. crushed potato chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix together all but chips and cheese.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with chips and cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve with salad and rolls.
