Mediterranean Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    garlic powder or fresh garlic cloves (1/2 tsp. powder per chicken breast or 2 fresh cloves)
    1/2 c. white wine Chablis or Graves
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breasts with all ingredients for 6 hours. Better results are obtained if every chicken breast is cut in two halves and pounded, to thin the breast to no more than 1 centimeter thickness.
