Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

If zucchini is large and old, peel before using.
Blend eggs, oil,
sugar,
zucchini and vanilla.
Fold in nuts.\tSift dry ingredients
and
fold
lightly
into batter. Bake in loaf pans for about 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
