Tagliatelle With Jumbo Prawns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Shallot (Finely Chopped)
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp. Butter
    8 Jumbo Prawns (Peeled and Deveined)
    1/2 c. Heavy Cream
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
    10 oz. Tagliatelle or Linguine Pasta
Preparation
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. In skillet saute the shallot with olive oil & butter as
    soon as it browns. Add the shrimp and cook for four
    minutes.
    3. Gently stir in the cream then turn off the heat. Add
    salt and pepper as desired.
    4. Dress the pasta with the prepared sauce and serve.
