Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork, sliced
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and sliced (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
2 carrots, cut into diagonal slices
1 pkg. Chinese peas
1 head cabbage, sliced
Preparation

Saute pork and shrimp until browned.
Add garlic and onion. Fold in vegetables (except cabbage) and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Add cabbage; cook 5 more minutes.
Serve.
