Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 slices red onion, chopped
    1 avocado, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    lettuce leaves
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. black olives
Preparation
    Combine Greek seasoning and paprika with oils and vinegar in a small bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add mushrooms and marinate for several hours.
    Add onion, tomatoes, avocado, celery and parsley.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
    Add olives.
    Serve in bowls lined with lettuce leaves.
    Serves 4.
