Snow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) box butter yellow cake mix
    3/4 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Lightly grease and flour 3 (8-inch) cake pans; set aside. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Blend until moistened; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Spread batter evenly in three prepared pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
