Roast Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef chuck roast
    2 cans vegetable soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Rinse meat and tenderize both sides.
    Put in crock-pot and add onion soup mix and cup of water over that.
    Add all the soups. Cook on low in crock-pot for 8 hours or in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Best served with rice.
