Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
5 level Tbsp. dry mustard
1 scant Tbsp. turmeric
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and add vinegar.
Make a paste.
Add rest of the vinegar and cook.
If too thick, add a little more vinegar and water to taste.
This can be doubled if needed.
