Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients by mixer for 2 minutes.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Blend by mixer for 2 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
