Pineapple - Walnut Bread(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add alternately with orange juice.
Beat after each addition.
Stir in pineapple and nuts.
Pour in two loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Contains 120 calories per 1/2 slice.
