Bill Mcelwain'S Scallops With Lobster Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh scallops
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box plain croutons
fresh or canned mushrooms
garlic powder
black pepper
paprika
15 oz. can condensed lobster bisque
1/2 can whole milk
Preparation

In metal baking dish, melt butter.
Place scallops in butter. Add croutons and mushrooms. Toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
