Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Place margarine, oats and water in a large bowl; stir well. Cool completely.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let set out of oven for 5 minutes.
    Add topping.
