Gelatin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatine
    1 c. sugar
    1 can fruit cocktail
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese for 20 seconds in the microwave. Add the sugar and mix it with a spoon until completely soft. Add the milk and keep mixing, then add the fruit cocktail (with the syrup).
