Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. summer squash
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream or 1 soup can milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, sour cream, melted oleo and seasoning mixture (from Stove Top dressing).
    Butter casserole dish; put 1/2 bread crumbs from Stove Top.
    Add squash, onion and carrots.
    Spoon on soup mixture; top with rest of bread crumbs.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
