Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. cream
    dash of salt and pepper
    3/4 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Rinse and scrub potatoes.
    Pat dry.
    Prick with a fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Cut a thin slice off top of each potato. Scoop out pulp.
    Put in a bowl.
