Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. rice
    1 c. milk
    1 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    1 c. celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small can tomato juice
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 small green pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread and rice in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients except tomato juice and tomatoes.
    Form into balls.
    Place in baking pan.
    Pour tomato juice and tomatoes over balls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
