Salmon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
3 drops liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. green onions
2 tsp. salmon oil
Preparation

Drain salmon, reserving 2 teaspoons oil.
Combine cream cheese, liquid smoke and oil.
Stir in onions.
Fold in salmon. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with crackers.
