Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 stick melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid.
    Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until light brown.
    Serves 4.
