Monterey Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. crumbled bacon
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. green onions
1 c. diced tomato
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
6 to 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
Preparation

Bake chicken at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven. Brush with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese melts. Sprinkle with bacon, onion and tomato and serve.
