Sister'S Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 eggs
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Mix all together and pour into iron skillet that has been greased and mealed (1 tablespoon meal).
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
