Pina Colada Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 can crushed pineapple
    3 pkg. softened cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3 Tbsp. dark rum
    2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and coconut.
    Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Drain pineapple in large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
    Stir pineapple, sour cream, rum and coconut extract into cheese mixture.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
    Top with Pineapple Topping.
