Salmon Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, undrained
    1/2 c. white wine
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of parsley
    dry garlic to taste
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked as directed on pkg.
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
    Add undrained salmon and wine; simmer for 3 minutes.
    Stir yogurt, cornstarch, pepper, parsley and garlic together; add to skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
