Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, pared and sliced
    1 double pie crust
    1 small frozen unsweetened apple juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Layer apples in pie shell.
    Mix together apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
    Cook on low heat until thickened.
    Pour over apples and place second pie crust on top.
    Butter lightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
