German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
4 c. chopped apples
3/4 c. oil
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients by hand and bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, checking often.
After cake has cooled, combine
cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla.
Mix well and frost cake.
