Linguine With Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skinned
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. packed bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    linguine noodles
    1 stick margarine
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta.
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Dip chicken into beaten egg, then bread crumbs which have been mixed with salt and pepper.
    Spread coated pieces on platter.
    (This can be done several hours ahead and refrigerated.)
