Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar (scant)
    1/2 c. melted butter (scant) (1/4 lb.)
    3 eggs
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    and
    1
    tablespoon
    sugar
    in lukewarm water. Combine
    remaining
    ingredients.
    Keep in refrigerator overnight. Divide
    dough into 3 sections; roll 1/4-inch thick and cut into 16 pie wedges each.
    Roll each section from large end and cover with plenty of butter.
    Let raise 2 hours.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
