Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
5 c. hot water or milk or half and half
1 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. salt
4 large eggs
approximately 17 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Combine hot water (or milk), honey, salt and butter.
Cook to lukewarm.
Add beaten eggs and yeast.
Add flour and knead until well mixed.
Cover and let rise.
Punch down and let rise again.
Shape into 5 loaves.
Let rise again until double in size.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
